This Privacy Policy explains how Path ("Path", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: e.g., name, email, phone number, tour/contact request details, and messages you send through the Service.
  • Account information: if you create an account, we collect information needed to authenticate you and provide account features.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, searches performed, clicks, and other interactions with the Service.
  • Device and log information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and improve the Service, including search and personalization.
  • Facilitate tour requests, contact requests, and communications.
  • Send operational messages (e.g., confirmations, alerts, support).
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

  • With properties and partners: when you request a tour, contact, or other service, we share the details you submit with relevant property representatives and/or service partners to fulfill your request.
  • With service providers: vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, communications), under contractual obligations to protect your information.
  • For legal reasons: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (subject to applicable law).

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Essential cookies support sign-in, protect signup from abuse and remember your privacy choice. Optional analytics are off until you choose to allow them. You can use Path with essential cookies only and change your choice using Privacy choices on any page. A Global Privacy Control browser signal keeps optional analytics off. Choosing essential cookies does not cancel a signup, tour, support request or other service you ask us to provide.

5. Analytics

With your permission, Path records limited public-page visits, campaign labels and interactions to understand which visits lead to signups. Browser identifiers may be linked to your account after sign-in for this purpose. The visitor cookie lasts up to 30 days; the session cookie lasts 30 minutes and is renewed on public-page navigation. First-visit campaign context lasts 30 days, and the latest tagged campaign context lasts 24 hours. We omit private account, message, payment, authentication and feedback pages from optional page tracking, and strip URL query strings.

Optional Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are used only when enabled by Path and allowed by your choice. Path may use its Grow content system to connect consented campaign activity to content performance; this connection is off unless configured. It does not receive your email address, phone number or private messages through these campaign events. Withdrawing permission stops future optional tracking and removes its browser cookies; it does not automatically delete previously recorded data.

Account, request, payment-status, security and reliability records needed to operate the service are separate from optional campaign analytics. Cohort product and research records support the early-access program. Survey answers and interview notes are private to Path's authorized operators.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and purpose of processing.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

  • Account information: you may update certain details in your profile (when available).
  • Communications: optional marketing email requires a separate choice. You can use its unsubscribe link to stop future marketing messages. This does not cancel requested service or access communications.
  • Cookies: use Privacy choices on this site or manage cookies through your browser. Blocking all cookies may prevent sign-in.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
