Path helps renters discover apartment listings and request tours, information, and other services. Path is not a real estate agency and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Availability, pricing, incentives, and other listing details are provided by third parties and may change at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.

6. Tours, Requests, and Communications

When you submit a tour request or contact request, you authorize Path to transmit your submitted information to property representatives and/or service partners for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Response times and outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Cash Back / Rebates (If Available)

Any cash back, rebates, or incentives are subject to eligibility requirements, third-party terms, verification, and applicable laws. Path may modify, suspend, or discontinue rebate programs at any time. Additional terms may apply and will be presented within the Service when relevant.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content (excluding third-party listing content) are owned by Path and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
