Quick answers about tours, cash back, and how Path works.
Do I have to tour with Path to get cash back?
⌄
No. You can tour with the apartment directly. List Path as your referral source. Tell the apartment you found them through Path, and put Path on your application.
When do I receive my cash back?
⌄
After your move-in is verified and Path receives the property’s commission. Track your request and payment status in your account.
How is the cash back amount calculated?
⌄
Your estimate depends on the apartment, floor plan and lease you choose. We confirm the final dollar amount after verifying your lease and receiving the property’s commission.
What do I need to request cash back?
⌄
List Path as your referral source. After leasing, submit your cash back request in Path so we can match your lease with the apartment. Once the apartment pays Path, we send you cash back.
Yes. Your final apartment, rent and lease terms can change the amount. Your account shows the confirmed cash back once verification is complete.
What is a move-in special?
⌄
A move-in special is an incentive from the property (like a discount, free weeks, or reduced deposit). Specials can change quickly—confirm details with the property when you apply.
